Zevdor - AI Action Organizer is provided by Railing Design & Services Ltd., located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains how we handle information related to the Zevdor app and our related website services.

Zevdor is designed to help users turn spoken or typed input into organized action plans, reminders, and lock screen task displays. Depending on how you use the app, you may enter or create voice input, speech transcription text, tasks, plans, reminders, dates, times, notes, completion status, and selected tasks for Lock Screen widgets or Live Activity display.

You should avoid entering sensitive personal information that is not needed for creating your plan or reminders.

If you choose to use voice input, Zevdor may use speech recognition technology to convert your spoken words into text before the app processes your request. Speech recognition may be handled by Apple system services and may require microphone and speech recognition permissions on your device.

The speech-transcribed text may then be used by Zevdor to help organize your plan. You can also use the app without voice input by typing or by choosing manual planning where available.

When you choose to use Zevdor's AI planning features, the text you enter, including typed input and speech-transcribed text, may be sent to a third-party AI service through our backend system for processing.

This AI processing is used only to provide the planning and organizing features requested by you, such as generating action plans, organizing tasks, summarizing your input, or creating reminder-ready task structures.

Zevdor does not sell user data. We do not use your plan content for third-party advertising tracking.

You can choose manual planning instead of AI processing. If you choose manual planning, your typed manual tasks do not need to be sent to the third-party AI service for plan generation.

The app may store your tasks, plans, reminders, selected lock screen items, and related settings on your device so the app can display and manage your current plan.

If you enable notifications, Zevdor uses notification permission to send task or reminder alerts. If you use Lock Screen widgets or Live Activity, the app may display task or reminder information that you select or that is needed to show your current plan status on your device screen.

Because lock screen and widget information can be visible on your device, you should avoid placing private or sensitive text in tasks you choose to show there.

Zevdor may offer paid subscriptions. Purchases, free trials, subscription status, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

Apple may provide subscription status information needed for the app to determine whether premium features should be available.

If you contact Railing Design & Services Ltd. through the website or by email, we may receive your name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and provide requested support.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising tracking.

We may share information only when needed to provide the app features you request, operate our backend services, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or respond to your support request.

Information stored locally in the app may remain on your device until you delete it, start a new plan, remove the app, or use available app controls to change or clear it.
